Maximum interval between energy assessor inspections
UK law requires commercial air conditioning systems with an effective rated output over 12kW to be regularly inspected by an energy assessor, at intervals no longer than five years. This is a separate requirement to routine servicing. We also maintain full records of the type and quantity of refrigerant gas in your system, including any gas added during maintenance or leak repairs, so you’re always compliant if you’re asked to provide evidence(See the official UK Government F-Gas guidance for full details.)

A maintenance contract is typically for commercial or multi-site businesses, with planned visits and F-Gas compliance documentation built in. Residential servicing is usually a straightforward annual or one-off visit — we’ll advise which suits your system best.
Do you offer both commercial and residential servicing?
Yes. We service and maintain air conditioning systems for businesses of all sizes and homeowners, nationwide from our North West base.
What’s included in a service visit?
Filter and coil cleaning, refrigerant leak checks, performance testing and a full system health check, with F-Gas compliance documentation included for commercial contracts.
